2005-09-15 - 10:13 p.m. Last glimpses of summer. Kinda sorry to see it go. We had a bunch of fun shows and 2 good tours this summer. The band and Family just got back from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We played 3 gigs down there and had a blast. We are going to do it again next year and you're invited. It will be "The 3rd annual Hugh Pool Band, kadema Classic and Boogie Board Open." You think I'm kidding, but I jest not. Beach activities by day and night activities at the clubs where we play in a very fun part of the USA. There will be more on this. We have a CMJ show tomorrow at The Rodeo Bar....come if you can...should be fun. In the studio. I mixed the new Heroine Sheiks record and It's due out on Reptilian in October, titled "Out of Aferica" The new American Ambulance record, "Streets of New York City" is in the top 40 at Americana Radio. I produced it and It's out on Rustic Records. Call your local non commercial or AAA radio station and request "Down in the Basement"....then crank it.
